Student Led Conferences.

We are busy preparing for all our parents to book in so we can get a 100% again like we have done as a class 3 years in a row.  Please book online or send the form to school.

Conference days are Wednesday and Thursday next week.  School also finishes at 12:30pm each day for this reason.

We all look forward to sharing our learning with you.

Class swimming

Just a heads up that this is the last week for class swimming.  A1 will have their last swimming session on Thursday this week.

It would be great to have all the children swimming if possible as they learn important water safety skills to stay safe in the water wherever they go.

Here are some images from the children's swimming session to date.

School finishes early tomorrow.  A form has already been given to your child to bring home, informing you of this.

Remember to return your form in the morning if you are able to pick your child up at 12:30pm or if you allow him or her to walk home with older siblings.

If the form is not returned, your child will stay at school until normal pick up time at 3pm. 

Howick Historical Village

Our trip yesterday was a great success!!!

Our children have learnt much about the identity of this country we call home.  As you can see in these photos, they had the chance to dress in olden day clothes, they played with toys children used back in the days.  The children had the chance to "go to school" and they spent half an hour being taught like the children in the early days.

Thank you parents and caregivers for enabling your children to attend this trip.   Thank you to our lovely ELA staff for your assistance in making the day a memorable one for our young children.
